Subscription Policy
All subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled payment. If a subscription is not canceled in time and the payment is processed, the customer may still request a refund by:
- Declining Delivery: If the package is still en route, you can decline delivery upon arrival.
- Returning the Order: If the package has been delivered, you may ship it back to us in its original, unopened condition.
Once we receive the returned package, we will process a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
